Reimagining Masculinity: Insights for Those Working with Young Men

This gathering brings together youth practitioners, educators, and community leaders to reflect on young men’s perspectives and consider how we can foster respect, non-violence, and authentic, inclusive masculinities.

For those working with young men in schools, youth work, community, or faith settings, it offers space to pause and listen deeply to their lived realities, hopes, and challenges.

Together we will explore what supports young men on their journey toward empathy, confidence, and integrity, and how we can create environments that encourage reflection, belonging, and emotional honesty.

The afternoon aims to translate insight into action—strengthening practices that build empathy, integrity, and respect, and helping young men to express strength through empathy, integrity, and genuine connection.
